Trade In Peace provides charts, indicators, signals, statistics, market data, analysis, alerts, and other information for informational, educational, and research purposes only.

Nothing in Trade In Peace is financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or other professional advice. Nothing is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, short, YOLO, diamond-hand, panic-sell, or otherwise trade any security, option, cryptocurrency, commodity, or other financial instrument.

You make your own trading decisions.

Trade In Peace is not your broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, fiduciary, or financial planner.

2. Trading Has Real Risk

Trading and investing involve risk, including the possible loss of some or all of your invested capital. Certain products—including options, leveraged products, futures, short positions, and cryptocurrencies—may involve especially significant risk.

Before trading, consider your financial situation, experience, objectives, and ability to bear losses. Where appropriate, consult a qualified financial professional.

3. Data Can Be Wrong, Late, or Just Having a Bad Day

Market prices, quotes, charts, indicators, calculations, alerts, company information, and other data may come from third-party providers.

We do not guarantee that any information is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Data may be delayed. Prices may differ from your broker or exchange. Calculations may contain bugs. Networks may fail. APIs may go down. A candle may appear five seconds late at exactly the worst possible moment.

Always verify important information with your broker, exchange, or other authoritative source before making a trading decision.

4. Past Performance Is Still in the Past

Historical results, backtests, simulations, hypothetical trades, indicators, projections, rankings, AI/algorithmic analysis, and strategy results do not guarantee future performance.

Hypothetical performance can differ substantially from actual trading because real trading involves execution prices, spreads, liquidity, commissions, taxes, slippage, emotion, market impact, and other factors that a chart may not fully capture.

A strategy that looked brilliant yesterday is fully capable of becoming character development tomorrow.

5. No Profit Guarantees

Trade In Peace does not promise that you will make money, avoid losses, outperform the market, retire early, buy a Lamborghini, or finally prove your group chat wrong.

Any trading decision made using information from our Services is made solely at your own discretion and risk.

6. Service Provided “As Is”

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trade In Peace and its Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, security, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that every bug will be discovered before the market discovers it for us.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trade In Peace, its operator, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or relating to your use of—or inability to use—the Services.

You remain solely responsible for trades, investments, orders, and financial decisions made by you or through accounts under your control.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services & Market Data

Trade In Peace may use or link to third-party market-data providers, exchanges, brokers, APIs, analytics providers, websites, or other services.

Those third parties operate under their own terms, licenses, privacy policies, availability, and data rules. Trade In Peace does not control and does not guarantee third-party services.

All third-party names, trademarks, market data, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Privacy — The Short Version

We believe your trading charts are interesting enough without turning your personal information into another trade.

Depending on the features you use, Trade In Peace processes information reasonably necessary to operate the Services, such as:

• email, account identifiers, and authentication information handled through Supabase and, if you choose it, Google sign-in;
• subscription and customer status handled through Stripe when you purchase a web subscription;
• saved preferences, watchlists, votes, feature requests, charts, or settings;
• app, browser, device, network, and technical information;
• server and security logs;
• usage and diagnostic information you choose to provide; and
• market symbols and data requests needed to provide charts and quotes.

We use such information to authenticate accounts, provide subscriptions and saved features, respond to support requests, secure and maintain the Services, troubleshoot and improve Trade In Peace, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information unless this policy is updated to clearly tell you otherwise and applicable legal requirements are satisfied.

Service providers may include Supabase for accounts and stored customer data, Google for optional sign-in, Stripe for web billing, Apple for app distribution and platform services, infrastructure providers, and market-data providers. They may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Service providers that process personal information for us are expected to protect it consistently with this notice and applicable law.

Account data and saved preferences are generally retained while your account remains active. You can initiate deletion from the Delete Account control in the web or iOS Account view, or contact us. Account deletion removes the Trade In Peace account and associated saved account data and cancels an active web subscription. Limited security logs, transaction records, fraud-prevention records, and backup copies may remain for the time reasonably necessary to meet legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, and backup-cycle requirements. Third-party providers may retain information as described in their own policies or as required by law.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, or to withdraw optional consent where applicable. You can also stop future processing tied to an account by deleting that account, subject to the limited retention described above.

10. Cookies & Local Storage

Our website uses cookies, local storage, or similar technologies that are necessary for features such as authentication, security, preferences, and basic operation. As of the date of this notice, we do not use advertising cookies.

If we use optional analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking technologies, we will provide disclosures and choices as required by applicable law.

You can also control many cookies through your browser settings.

11. Apple

If you use Trade In Peace through an Apple device or the App Store, Apple is not responsible for investment decisions, market information, trading losses, or the financial content provided through Trade In Peace.

Any purchases or subscriptions processed through Apple may also be subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and policies.

12. Changes

We may update this notice as Trade In Peace evolves. The latest version will be posted with its effective date.

Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
